SKS was founded as a rayon fiber producer in 1918. The company is located in Borås in the south west of Sweden. Since many decades the company is focused on manufacturing high performance technical yarns and fabrics, and is supplying customers in all of Europe and other markets.

The Management systems are certified according to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 .
